Brief Description: Installing the Surfaces to the Main Shaft
Put the 2 surfaces together and fixed it with the elevator bolts. I had to sand down the screw heads on the main shaft in order to get the surfaces all the way to the taper for proper seat. At the end I was checking the alignment and straightness of the surfaces to each other. Next time I will glue the cones down onto the shaft to make sure they're not moving anymore. Hope being able to install the whole horizontal stabilizer this week and bolt it to the plane. Depending on the weather. Need to pull the plane out of the workshop in order to get the wings on and make the required measurements.
